Jeena Thevathasan is married and mother of two, she serves at Awaken Church as Regional Director for the Pathfinders ministry and leads the 8:30 service. Professionally, she is the Director of Clinical Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb, with over 20 years of experience in oncology clinical trials. She also owns Auntie Anne’s and Jamba Juice franchises and is the Owner and Executive Advisor of Through Group, a life sciences recruitment firm, in addition to a diverse and growing real estate portfolio.

 Eli Kerch

Eli is married and a father to five amazing kids. He’s a Pathfinders Team Lead for the central region and a leader in the BayHo community. Professionally, he’s a veteran of the tech sector, with a decade-plus experience in executive sales and business development in the Fortune 100 space. A natural builder and native San Diegan, he’s felt called to invest in the local startup / SMB community and operates as a fractional CXO/CRO, helping businesses craft GTM strategy, optimize revenue streams, and build top-performing teams.
